Description :
|
Impact Trainings held its first class in 1985 and since then has had over 100,000 students participate in the program in the last 23 years. The purpose of Impact Trainings is to assist individuals in achieving freedom and success in their lives. An individual can choose between three different types of trainings: Quest Training, Summit Training, and Lift-Off Training. While each of the trainings is aimed at bringing forth a clearer perspective for students, the different categories are each focused on specific areas of life. The first in the series is Quest Training, which is designed to help individuals examine and define their own unique belief systems, rather than using someone else's, allowing them to choose how they want to approach their life and choose what they want to accomplish. Quest’s four main areas of focus are relationships, accomplishments, accountability, and contributions to one’s life. Summit Training is a more hands on experience and provides direct coaching intended to help people achieve personal goals they have set for themselves. Summit combines discussions, exercises, and interactions with other students to help each character develop their ability to relate to others and effectively handle any situation. After a student completes the Quest Trainings and the Summit Trainings, the final stage of training comes with Lift-Off, a three-month experience where students put to practice the skills they learned in the previous series. Everyday, students utilize principles of leadership they acquired and internalize the skills they have learned earlier to help them live their happiest lives. Impact Trainings helps people from diverse backgrounds improve their lives by teaching them how to live healthier and look at the world in more positive light. Impact Trainings is led by teachers who offer positive and highly focused sessions for every one of their students.
